Wabi-sabi in form, engineered for modern walls. Velanthos takes the quiet asymmetry of a single falling leaf and casts it in metal — a wall sconce that reads as sculpture first, light second.

A Single Gesture, Perfectly Balanced

The silhouette is deceptively simple: one broad, curling blade balanced against a slender vertical spine. It's an organic form, informed by wabi-sabi's appreciation for irregularity, yet built with the precision of a modern lighting fixture. Mounted flush to the wall, Velanthos casts a soft glow along the curve of its blade, letting the wall itself become part of the composition.

Three Finishes, Three Moods

Choose Black for a graphic, architectural statement; Gold for warmth and quiet glamour; or Walnut for a grounded, natural finish that softens any room. Each finish sits on the same considered silhouette, so the choice is purely about the atmosphere you want to create.

A Warm, Integrated Glow

An integrated LED source sits behind a small acrylic lens at the sconce's center, emitting a warm, ambient light rather than a hard spotlight. There's no bulb to source or replace — just a clean, continuous glow that reads as considered rather than accessory.

Scaled for Every Wall

Available in three heights — 31, 42, and 62 cm — each retaining the same 10 cm width and leaf-blade proportion. Use the smaller size beside a bed or mirror, and let the largest anchor a hallway or living room wall as a singular piece of light-sculpture.

Considered Materials, Considered Install

Constructed from iron with an acrylic diffuser, Velanthos is a hardwired wall fixture, installed like a traditional sconce and controlled by a standard wall switch rather than a built-in toggle. Have it installed by a qualified electrician, and it will hold its finish and form for years of quiet presence.
