The Conavex takes one of industrial design's most enduring silhouettes — the tapered cone shade — and reimagines it in four considered hues. Whether you choose the graphic matte Black, the airy White, the soft architectural Grey, or the warm Gold, each pendant arrives with the same hand-assembled antique brass socket and braided textile cable that transforms a simple fixture into a considered statement. Available as a Solo, Duo, or Trio set, Conavex is as comfortable above a kitchen island as it is anchoring a reading corner.

The Cone Shade: Forged for Focus

Pressed from heavy-gauge painted iron, the Conavex shade measures 220 mm across — wide enough to cast a generous pool of directed light, compact enough to layer in multiples without overpowering a room. The interior surface is left a clean matte white to maximise light reflection, while the exterior wears its chosen colour in a durable powder-coated finish that resists chips and fading over years of use. The result is a shade that feels simultaneously robust and refined.

The Antique Brass Socket: A Detail That Defines

Where lesser pendants hide their socket hardware, Conavex celebrates it. The E27 holder is machined from solid brass with a knurled grip ring — a nod to early 20th-century factory lighting that adds unmistakeable warmth to any colourway. The exposed filament of an Edison-style bulb (sold separately) glows through the open bottom of the shade, creating a halo of amber light that pairs equally well with bare concrete and aged oak.

Adjustable Cable, Precise Atmosphere

The braided textile cable extends up to 1000 mm from the ceiling canopy and is fully adjustable, allowing you to position each shade at exactly the right height — 600 mm above a dining table for intimate suppers, higher for a relaxed ambient glow in a corridor. The Ø100 mm ceiling canopy anchors the fixture cleanly without exposed wiring, and the standard 90–260 V compatibility means Conavex travels well across international installations.

Solo, Duo, or Trio: Compose Your Space

Conavex is sold in three configurations to suit any spatial scale. The Solo works beautifully over a compact breakfast bar or as a bedside pendant. The Duo pairs two pendants for symmetrical compositions above a dining table or twin washbasins. The Trio creates a dynamic cluster effect — three cones at staggered or level heights — that commands attention in double-height entries or above long banquet tables. Each pendant in a set has its own cable and canopy, enabling flexible spacing during installation.

Bulb Guidance & Installation

Conavex accepts any standard E27 bulb up to 40 W. For the warmest, most atmospheric result, we recommend a 4 W vintage filament LED (2200 K) — it mimics the amber glow of early Edison bulbs while remaining cool to the touch and highly energy-efficient. Installation requires a standard ceiling hook or junction box; all mounting hardware is included. The fixture is rated IP20 for dry indoor environments only.
