Stone and city, floor and ceiling — a pendant that carries the memory of terrazzo.

Coluxen is cast in a rich terrazzo composite — the ancient technique of stone fragments set in a luminous matrix that has paved Mediterranean floors for centuries. Here it forms the body of a wide dome, backlit so each fragment catches and scatters light at a different angle, creating a surface that shimmers without gloss. Warm brass hardware at the crown grounds the piece in a material history that feels both ancient and entirely current.

Two Terrazzo Compositions

Choose a deep charcoal-and-stone blend for a graphic, high-contrast read against dark cabinetry and stone counters, or a soft ivory terrazzo for a lighter, more textural presence — both finished with the same warm brass fittings.

Single, or Strung as a Bar

Available as a single dome pendant at Ø30cm for a focused pool of light over a stool or nightstand, or as a linear bar chandelier — two heads at 80cm for a 1.2m table, or three at 100cm for a 1.4m table — each dome individually adjustable on 100cm of cord.

Tune the Light

Every configuration ships with a full-spectrum LED that shifts from a warm 3000K candlelight to a crisp 6000K daylight white, or a tunable three-colour mode for evenings that change mood — fully dimmable, so the terrazzo can glow low or shine bright as the room asks.
