Two Materials, One Light

Meridax places a sculptural wooden inner column inside a blown glass teardrop. When lit, the wood glows amber while the glass exterior acts as a soft lens — in smoky grey, the light takes on a cinematic quality; in clear glass, it radiates openly. The polished chrome canopy is a considered detail that ties the two materials together.
