DESCRIPTION
Stone Shaped by Time, Not Trend
Travertine has always resisted the idea of perfection. Its surface carries the small pits and mineral veins left by centuries of water moving through rock, and no two pieces read quite the same under changing light. Owaelindra takes that raw, unhurried material and gives it a single, deliberate purpose: to hold a soft glow above the places where you gather. This is a fixture built on wabi-sabi's oldest lesson — that beauty lives in what is honest and unrepeatable, not what is flawless.
Two Silhouettes, One Material
Owaelindra comes in two forms cut from the same block of natural travertine. The Cylinder rises tall and slender at 11 cm across and 16.5 cm high, casting a narrow column of light suited to a single pendant over a nightstand or a reading corner. The Drum sits lower and wider — 12 cm across, just 10 cm tall — spreading a broader wash of light, ideal when hung in a cluster above an island or a long dining table. Both share the same porous stone body and open base, so the light itself always spills out soft and diffused, never harsh.
Warm Wood, Cool Stone
Each shape is finished with a solid wood cap in your choice of two tones: a deep Walnut that grounds the pale stone in something richer and more grave, or a lighter Natural Wood that keeps the whole fixture airy and sun-bleached. Both caps are fitted flush to the stone body and hold a slim adjustable cord, so the drop height can be set precisely to your ceiling and table.
A Glow Tuned to the Room
Owaelindra ships with a choice of three light tones — Cool White for a crisp, task-lit kitchen counter, Warm White for an everyday dining glow, or Warm Yellow for the deepest, most candlelit evenings. Each pendant runs on a single E14 LED bulb, included, so the fixture is ready to install and switch on the same day it arrives.
Where It Belongs
Hang the Cylinder solo beside a bed or a reading chair. Cluster the Drum in twos or threes above a kitchen island or a stretch of dining table. Owaelindra was made for rooms that lean quiet and unpolished — Japanese minimalist interiors, modern rustic kitchens, or any space where a little imperfection is welcome. Indoor use only; installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician.
