Maelix takes the form of a single river-worn stone — an irregular, egg-like silhouette lifted straight from a streambed and fixed flush against the wall. There is no visible fitting, no bracket in sight; only the stone, and the light gathering quietly behind it.

Light From Within

The LED sits hidden entirely behind the stone, so what reaches the wall is not a beam but a halo — a soft edge of warm 3000K light that traces the pebble's outline and dissolves into the plaster around it. At 7W, it asks little and gives back a great deal: enough atmosphere for a hallway, a headboard wall, or a reading nook, without ever competing with the room around it.

Maelix is finished in natural stone rather than printed or painted to imitate it, so every piece carries its own pitting, veining and colour variation — the quiet signature of a material rather than a mould. No two are exactly alike, and that is precisely the point.
