DESCRIPTION
Formed Like River Stone
Moraine takes its name from the smooth, wind-carved boulders left behind by retreating glaciers — irregular, sensual forms that never quite repeat themselves. Each shade is hand-finished in a soft, granular matte coating that catches light the way stone catches morning frost, then hollowed on one side to release a warm pool of glow onto the ceiling and walls around it.
Four Sculptural Forms, One Idea
Rather than a single silhouette, Moraine is offered as a family of four related forms — Model A, B, C and D — each pinched and folded differently, so that no two shades in a cluster ever look quite alike. Chosen individually or combined, they read as a single continuous gesture, like stones scattered by the same current.
From Single Accent to Cascading Cluster
Hang one shade as a quiet accent beside a headboard or reading chair, or let Moraine cascade: a 4-light composition spans a 60cm canopy, a 6-light composition spans 70cm, both suspended at staggered heights to trace a diagonal line down a stairwell or double-height entry. Each cord is independently adjustable on site.
A Tactile, Matte Finish
The body is cast in a dense polymer composite and finished with a fine flocked texture — Pure White for a bright, gallery-like presence, or Light Gray for a cooler, more mineral read. Both wear the same soft, sand-blasted matte that resists fingerprints and glare.
Warmth You Can Tune
Every configuration ships with E27 LED bulbs, selectable in Warm White 3000K, Neutral White 4200K, Cool White 6500K, or a 3-color adjustable bulb that lets you shift the mood without rewiring — from a golden dinner-party glow to a crisp, task-ready white.
Where Moraine Belongs
Moraine was built for the grand gesture — a switchback staircase, a double-height foyer, the long wall above a dining table — but scales down easily into a bedroom or reading nook as a single accent. Wherever it hangs, it holds the same quiet, sculptural presence, lit or unlit.
