The Form of Light Itself
Solanthea takes the shape of a perfect sphere — a single volume of amber glass cradled in a slender chrome ring. Suspended from a signature S-curved rod, it reads less like a fixture and more like a small planet caught mid-orbit, drawing the eye the moment it enters a room.
Warm Glass, Considered Craft
The 26 cm globe is finished in a warm amber tone that catches and holds light rather than simply casting it. Unlit, the glass has a quiet, honeyed presence; lit, it glows from within, its surface rippling with soft reflections of polished chrome.
A Glow, Not a Glare
Because the shade wraps fully around the light source, Solanthea diffuses rather than exposes it — the effect is an enveloping, amber-tinted warmth with none of the harshness of an open bulb. It flatters faces, food, and the small rituals of an evening at home.
Angled to Your Room
The lampshade rotates and tilts within its chrome cradle, so the glow can be aimed exactly where it's wanted — toward a dining table, a reading chair, or straight down for a pool of ambient light. A small, humanizing detail most pendants don't offer.
Sized for Everyday Spaces
At 52 cm from canopy to base and easily adjusted along its cord, Solanthea drops comfortably over a dining table, a kitchen island, or a bedside corner. Hung in pairs, as shown, two fixtures make a quietly asymmetric statement above a console or breakfast nook.
Built on a Universal Circuit
Solanthea runs on a universal 90–260V circuit and takes a standard E27 bulb (not included) — we recommend a warm white 2700–3000K bulb to bring out the glass's amber depth. No smart hardware, no complexity — just a considered object that plugs into any home.
