Light, carved from stone
Some materials ask to be left alone; alabaster asks to be lit. Gyaelindra takes this pale, veined stone and shapes it into a soft, rounded capsule — a form that reads as sculpture by day and glows like a lantern carved from cloud by night. A slender brass-toned ring divides the silhouette in two, the only line of contrast against the stone's quiet drift of grey and cream veining.
A silhouette built for repetition
Gyaelindra was designed to be seen in multiples. Suspended at staggered heights above a staircase, a dining table, or a run of open shelving, each capsule catches the light differently depending on the depth and density of its natural veining — no two pendants glow quite the same way. Hung as a single drop above a nightstand or reading corner, it becomes an intimate, sculptural point of light.
Two sizes, one calm proportion
Available in two closely calibrated sizes — a compact 15 cm capsule and a more assertive 18 cm version — Gyaelindra scales to the room without losing its restrained, rounded proportion. The smaller size suits closely grouped clusters and lower ceilings; the larger reads beautifully as a solo statement or spaced further apart along a run of cable.
Warmth you can dial in
Behind the stone, an integrated LED diffuses evenly through the alabaster's natural translucency, softened rather than sharpened by the material. Choose a fixed warm white for an amber, candlelit quality, a neutral white for a cleaner daylight-balanced glow, or the tunable mode to shift between tones as the room and the hour change.
Considered down to the cord
Each pendant hangs from a 200 cm adjustable cord, so the drop height can be set precisely — critical when Gyaelindra is grouped in a cascade over a stairwell or dining table. Hardwired for ceiling installation, it's built as a permanent fixture: the kind of light you plan a room around, not one you replace in a season.
