Colour as a Design Principle
The Velanto is a bidirectional wall sconce built around a simple, powerful idea: two coloured cylinders, one pointing up and one pointing down, mounted on a round base plate. Each cylinder is finished in a glossy, lacquered coat over a painted metal body — smooth, rounded, and available in four considered two-tone pairings. The result is a fixture that feels like a choice, not a default.
Bidirectional Light, Soft and Even
The Velanto casts light in both directions simultaneously — upward toward the ceiling and downward toward the wall below — creating a gentle ambient glow that fills a corner or flanks a bed without harsh shadows. At just H20 × Ø12 cm, it has a compact footprint that works even in narrow spaces, projecting roughly 10 cm from the wall.
Four Colour Combinations
Each Velanto is specified by two colours — the upper and lower cylinder. Choose from Red-Pink, Green-Beige, Green-Pink, and Beige-Pink. Each pairing is a considered combination, not an accident — the colours were selected to work together and complement a range of interior palettes.
Painted Metal, Glossy Finish
The cylinder shades are crafted from iron with a glossy, lacquered paint finish that catches the light at a slightly different angle from each side. The round base plate is metal, powder-coated to sit quietly behind the two-tone shades. Two E27 bulbs are included. The fixture is operated by a standard on/off switch — pair it with dimmable smart bulbs if you'd like adjustable brightness.

H20 × Ø12 cm per fixture, projecting approximately 10 cm from the wall. Hardwired wall mount with hardware included. Compatible with 90–260V AC. Coverage area: 3–8 m² per fixture.
