A Dome of Warm Light
The Derox is built around a single, unmistakable gesture: a hand-finished glass dome, split between smoked charcoal and warm amber, wrapped around a floating black sphere. Switched on, the two halves of the shade glow together, casting a soft amber wash across the ceiling and a gentler pool of light below — the kind of glow that makes a room feel lived-in the moment it's turned on.
Sculpture First, Light Second
Even unlit, the Derox reads as an object in its own right. The dome sits slightly off-centre on its slender black stem, held by a single black sphere that acts as both hinge and counterweight — a quiet piece of engineering dressed up as a design detail. It's a lamp that holds its own against a gallery wall, a shelf of objects, or an empty corner that's been waiting for exactly this.
One Silhouette, Two Scales
The Derox comes in two sizes built from the same Ø30cm dome. As a Table Lamp, at just 45cm tall, it sits comfortably on a console, sideboard or nightstand. As a Floor Lamp, stretching to a full 155cm, it becomes a freestanding fixture beside a sofa, reading chair or bed — tall enough to light a space without ever needing a ceiling fixture.

A discreet inline switch sits along the stem, within easy reach, and the wrought-iron base is weighted for stability without adding visual bulk. The dome itself is polished and sandblasted before finishing, so the amber half diffuses light evenly while the smoked half holds it back just enough to define the shape of the glow.

Freestanding and cable-fed, the Derox needs no installation — simply position it, plug it in, and switch it on. Pair it with a warm white bulb for an evening reading corner, or let it anchor an entryway console as the first thing you see coming home.
