Each shade is hand-blown from a single gather of glass, then wrapped in a fine wire mesh while still soft — a technique that leaves the surface permanently creased, textured, and unmistakably organic. The result reads less like a light fixture and more like a cloud caught mid-drift, suspended just above eye level.
Hand-Blown Glass, Three Ways of Catching Light
Available in Smoky Grey, Transparent, and Amber, each finish changes how Yvaelvix behaves after dark. Smoky Grey mutes the glow into something moody and architectural; Transparent lets the crackled texture read in full clarity, even with the light off; Amber warms every surface it touches, casting a honeyed pool beneath. The wire-mesh imprint catches light differently in each tone, so no two angles look quite the same.
Soft, Enveloping Glow
Light diffuses through the folds of the glass rather than beaming directly outward, producing an ambient pool of illumination that flatters a room instead of flooding it. Choose Warm White for a hushed, intimate feel or Cool White for a crisper, more contemporary edge — both draw from a single E27 socket compatible with a standard wall switch.

From an intimate 20cm accent to a commanding 40cm statement piece, Yvaelvix scales from a single bedside pendant to a full staircase installation of clustered forms without ever losing its sculptural identity.
