The Darox rests against the ceiling like a stone worn smooth by water — a broad, softly curved disc of solid wood cradling a single glass globe. Where most flush mounts hide their light source, the Darox lets it show: a warm sphere suspended just beneath the wood, casting a gentle pool of light across the room below. It is a small, considered gesture, restrained and sculptural, entirely at ease in a modern interior.
Solid Wood, Two Finishes
Each Darox is shaped from solid wood, heat-bent and hand-finished rather than pressed or laminated — a slower process that leaves the grain visible and the surface warm to the touch. Choose the pale, honey-toned Wood finish for a lighter, Scandinavian feel, or the deeper Walnut for a richer, more grounded presence. Both only grow more characterful with age, the way good wood furniture always does.
Light You Can Choose
The Darox is available with a choice of light: Warm White for an intimate, golden glow, Cool White for crisp daily use, or Tricolor, which switches between warm, neutral and cool light to suit the moment. Prefer to source your own bulb? Select No Bulb and fit the fixture with any standard E27 globe.
Two Sizes, One Silhouette
Available at 18cm and 28cm in diameter, the Darox scales to the room it is lighting. The smaller size suits a closet, landing, or narrow hallway, while the 28cm version reads more confidently overhead in a bedroom, study, or dining nook — often run in pairs down a corridor.
