Sculptural Arms, Effortless Drama

What makes Arula immediately distinctive is the deliberate tangle of wire at its heart. Where most ceiling fixtures pursue symmetry above all else, Arula loops and crosses its arms in a way that feels organic rather than engineered — as though the light itself grew outward. When lit, the exposed filament-style bulbs (not included) cast a warm, omnidirectional glow that bounces off walls and ceilings in equal measure, filling the room with layered, shadow-free light. Arula is offered in three powder-coated iron finishes: Matte Black for those who prefer graphic contrast and contemporary edge; Matte White for Scandinavian-inspired interiors built around light tones and natural wood; and Gold for rooms that call for warmth and a touch of luxury. Each finish is applied to the same meticulously formed iron armature — the silhouette remains identical across all three, so the choice of colour is purely a question of the mood you want to set. All three look exceptional against white plaster ceilings, exposed beams, or architectural concrete alike.

Choose Your Configuration: 3-Arm or 5-Arm

The three-arm variant — spanning 65 cm in diameter — is ideal for rooms between 10 and 20 m², including bedrooms, studies, dining rooms, and compact living areas. The five-arm version covers the same footprint (65 cm) but provides significantly more luminous output, making it the natural choice for larger spaces or for those who prefer a richer, more layered light. Both versions drop 40 cm from ceiling to the lowest bulb point, making them suitable for ceilings from 2.4 m and above.

Easy Installation, Lasting Quality

Arula mounts to a standard ceiling rose (Ø 12 cm included), compatible with most existing electrical boxes. The iron construction is exceptionally robust — no plastic components in the frame, no flimsy joints. Each arm socket accepts standard E27 bulbs; for the most flattering result, we recommend large-globe Edison filament bulbs or frosted G95 LEDs, which complement the open-arm aesthetic. Wiring takes under 30 minutes with basic tools, and the ceiling plate conceals the junction neatly. Bulbs are not included, so you're free to choose the warmth — from soft warm white to crisp daylight — that suits your room.

Styling Notes

Arula sits most naturally in spaces that balance warmth with restraint. Pair the Black finish with raw linen, dark walnut furniture, and terracotta accents for a moody, layered interior. The White version sings in rooms with natural birch, washed cotton, and pampas grass — the Scandinavian palette it was made for. Gold works beautifully with warm plaster tones, olive green walls, and rattan or cane furniture, channelling a relaxed, artisanal Mediterranean feel. In all cases, the exposed bulbs become part of the décor: choose vintage-style amber filament bulbs for evenings, or clear-glass LEDs for crisp task lighting.
