The Jarvex Tradition, Revisited

Jarvex takes the logic of the tiered shade — a language popularised in Scandinavian lighting of the 1970s — and rebuilds it in iron and brushed aluminium. The shade is all concentric layers, each ring catching the glow at a different angle, so the fixture reads as sculpture as much as light source, finished in brushed silver or white lacquer and available with Warm White or Cool White light.

Direct Drop or Swing-Arm

Choose the direct drop, where the shade hangs straight from an adjustable cord, or the swing-arm mount, whose jointed bracket projects the pendant out and away from the ceiling point — useful when the electrical box isn't where the table is. Both share the exact same tiered shade, so the choice is purely about how the room wants to receive it.

Dimensions

Jarvex comes in two sizes: a compact Ø38cm shade standing 18cm tall, or a fuller Ø47cm shade at 22cm tall for rooms that can take the extra presence. Either way, the cord runs 150cm and adjusts on site to the exact drop your ceiling calls for.

Installation

Jarvex is hardwired to a ceiling point and takes a single E27 bulb (not included), so any warm or cool LED lamp you already favour will work. It runs on universal 90-260V current and isn't dimmable by design — the tiered shade is built to diffuse a single, even wash of light rather than a variable one.
