Shizenka takes its name from the Japanese word for "naturalness" — and it wears the idea plainly. A slender wood bar carries two travertine heads, each one turned to cast a soft pool of light exactly where it's needed: across a mirror, a console, or a quiet corner of the room. Nothing about it shouts. It simply illuminates, with the restraint of an object that trusts its own materials.

The two forms that cap each end of the bar are cut from natural travertine, its porous surface and soft veining making every piece subtly unique. Set against a solid wood body — available in a pale log finish or a deeper walnut — the pairing feels handmade rather than manufactured, the kind of material honesty that only improves with time.

Warm Light, Precisely Aimed

Each travertine head pivots independently on a brass joint, so the light can be angled exactly where you need it — squarely on a mirror for grooming, softly downward for ambiance, or fanned outward to wash a wider wall. The integrated LEDs run warm white, at just 9W combined, flattering rather than exposing.

Two Finishes, One Sensibility

Shizenka comes in Log, a pale honey-toned wood that reads bright and airy, and Walnut, a richer, darker grain for spaces that lean moody. Both pair naturally with the travertine's warm neutral tone, so the choice comes down to the mood of the room it enters.
