Delivery is completely free, with no minimum purchase required, regardless of your destination. No additional fees will be added at checkout.

How is my light fixture protected during shipping?

Every light fixture is packaged in reinforced cardboard with custom-molded polystyrene and bubble wrap. Fragile components receive special attention. Our breakage rate is extremely low thanks to this professional packaging.

Can I track my order in real time?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a real-time tracking link. You can also monitor progress via our dedicated tracking page.

What if my light fixture arrives damaged?

We’ll send a replacement immediately at no cost or delay. If the installed result doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 30 days to return it with a prepaid label for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted. We never access your banking details.

Can I return a product if it doesn’t suit me?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return your light fixture in its original condition. Returns are free; we provide a prepaid return label. Refunds are full, with no hidden fees.

Who covers return shipping costs?

Return shipping is fully covered by Cletya, regardless of the reason. We send a prepaid return label—just drop off the package. No fees will be deducted from your refund.

How soon will I receive my refund after a return?

Once we receive your package, the refund is processed within 2 days. You’ll receive email notifications at each step. Depending on your bank, the credit may appear 2–5 additional business days after processing.

Contact us via email with a photo and your order number. We’ll send the missing part or replace the entire light fixture immediately, at no cost or delay.
