The Solindra

Solindra is a hemisolindra pendant — a perfect globe half, open at the bottom, in brushed warm brass. The inner surface reflects the bulb's light downward and outward in a warm cone that reaches across the table beneath it. Hung in pairs above a bed or over a dining table, the solindras read as a unit; hung alone over a console or reading chair, each becomes a complete object.

Brass

This is brushed brass — not polished to a mirror, not aged to a brown. The satin surface catches light without glare, ages gently, and complements every material: marble, dark oak, white plaster, black iron. The brass interior concentrates the warm light; the brushed exterior blends into the room.
