Unlike conventional shades, Dixora's chrome globe doesn't diffuse or filter — it reflects and projects light sideways and upward, creating ambient illumination from a single point. The effect changes entirely with the room: against a white wall it glows quietly; against bookshelves and artwork it becomes an editorial still life.
