A Frame That Holds Light
Welion strips the table lamp down to its structural idea: slim matte-black rods forming an open rectangular prism, with a fine LED line traced along every edge. There is no shade, no diffuser panel, no bulb to hide behind — just the frame itself, glowing from every side. Seen straight on it reads as pure geometry; seen from a corner, the lines multiply into a quiet optical rhythm.
Also a Display Case
Because the prism is open on every face, Welion doubles as a lit vitrine for whatever sits inside it — a favourite bottle, a small sculpture, a single stem in a narrow vase. The light is directed inward as much as outward, so the object at its centre is framed and gently illuminated rather than simply lit from above. Set it on a console, a bar cart, or a bedside table and let it hold something worth noticing.
Built to Last, Quietly
The frame wears a matte black, high-temperature coating that resists oxidation, and each LED channel sits recessed at a 45-degree angle into the metal — protected rather than exposed, so the line of light stays crisp instead of glaring. An external adapter drives the fixture, keeping heat away from the frame itself.
One Considered Size
Welion measures 35 cm high on a 16.5 x 16.5 cm footprint — compact enough for a side table, substantial enough to anchor a console or entryway on its own. It casts a warm 4000K glow, the kind that reads as ambient light rather than task light, equally at home beside a sofa or a bed.
