Description
A Sculptural Form Born from Light and Paper
Rendalia is a hand-assembled rice paper pendant that reads more like a sculpture than a fixture. Its silhouette rises and narrows in deliberate stages—echoing the vocabulary of Japanese lanterns and Nordic minimalism at once—so that even switched off, it holds its own as an object worth looking at.
Two Silhouettes, Each Considered
Rendalia comes in two distinct forms. The Spindle traces a symmetric hourglass, tapering equally top and bottom around a central sphere. The Trumpet opens into a wide flared bell before drawing down into a slender point. Both are built on the same principle: a rhythm of contraction and release that changes the way light escapes the paper at every level.
Rice Paper That Breathes with Light
Each shade is wrapped in premium rice paper over a fine metal frame, a combination chosen for the way it filters light into something soft and diffuse rather than direct. Choose between a pure White paper for a crisp, gallery-like glow, or a warmer Beige tone that leans into an amber, lantern-lit atmosphere.
Set the Mood, Warm or Cool
Rendalia is available with your choice of Warm White or Cool White light, so the fixture can lean cozy and intimate above a dining table or crisp and clarifying in an entryway or study.
Scaled for Your Space
Both silhouettes are offered in three sizes, from an intimate 80cm drop suited to bedside or corner placement, up to a statement 130–140cm piece designed to anchor a stairwell, double-height living room, or dining space. Each fixture suspends from a slim ceiling canopy on an adjustable cord, with three E27 sockets powering the glow from within.
Quiet Presence, Considered Craft
Rendalia sits at the intersection of sculptural object and everyday fixture—handcrafted, unhurried, and built to feel like a permanent, considered part of the room it lights.
