Where is my order?
Delivery takes 7 to 40 days from order confirmation, preparation and shipping included, depending on the product: 7 to 14 days for wall lights, lamps and outdoor lights, 10 to 20 days for pendant and ceiling lights, 15 to 35 days for floor lamps and 20 to 40 days for chandeliers. Your tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships; for larger items it can take a few days to activate.

Which light fits my room?
Each product page lists the dimensions and technical specifications. Still unsure about the size or the light output? Send us the dimensions of your room or a photo of your space through the form above and we'll recommend the right model.
How do I return an item?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, exchange or refund. Contact us with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label.
Return shipping is free for every product, whatever its size. We refund you within 5 business days of receiving your return. Made-to-order items configured to your specifications can only be returned if they are defective or do not match your order.
An item is missing or damaged
Orders with several items may ship in separate packages and arrive on different dates. If an item is damaged or doesn't match your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@cletya.com with photos and your order number: we cover the return shipping and offer a replacement or a refund.
