Return & Refund Policy

cletya.com is operated by LUXA LIGHTING LLC, a limited liability company organized in New Mexico, United States. This policy applies to every country we deliver to.

1. 30 days to return, free of charge

You have 30 days from delivery to return a product, for any reason, including a simple change of mind. Return shipping is free: once your request is approved, we send you a prepaid return label. There is no exception based on product size.

2. Products accepted

Products in new condition, unused, complete with their accessories, ideally in their original packaging.
Defective, damaged or non-conforming products, whatever their condition.

The only exception: made-to-order products configured to your specifications (for example a custom size or a "custom order" option) cannot be returned for a change of mind. They remain fully covered if they are defective or do not match your order.

3. Refunds

We refund you within 5 business days of receiving your return, to your original payment method. You are refunded the full price paid, including original shipping costs. There are no restocking fees. Your bank or payment provider may then take a few days to show the amount on your statement.

If a returned product shows obvious damage caused after delivery, we will contact you before processing the refund.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same rules: 30 days, free return shipping, free shipping of the new product. Any price difference is refunded or invoiced to you.

5. Defective, damaged or wrong product

If your product arrives damaged, defective or different from your order, contact us with photos and your order number. You can choose between a free replacement and a full refund; return shipping is always on us. All our products also carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your legal rights.

6. How to start a return

Email us at contact@cletya.com with your order number and the product(s) concerned.
We reply within 24 to 48 business hours with your prepaid return label and packing instructions.
Drop off your package. We refund you within 5 business days of receiving it.
