The Moon

Calvion reproduces the surface of the moon in resin: every crater, every highland and mare rendered faithfully in warm off-white. The half-moon version presents the flat face against the wall, the curved face outward — exactly as the moon appears at first or last quarter. The full-moon version protrudes from the wall as a complete sphere, glowing evenly. In both cases, warm LED light leaks behind the sphere onto the wall, creating a soft halo — the edge of the moon on a dark night.
