Hung above a dining table or floating at the centre of a double-height room, it reads less like a fixture and more like a piece of kinetic sculpture that happens to give off light.

Sculpted Arms, Considered Details

Every arm is finished in matte black and capped with a brushed brass collar exactly where it meets the bulb — a small, deliberate contrast that keeps the silhouette from feeling heavy. The ring itself is polished to a warm, satin brass, so the piece reads as two materials in conversation rather than one shape doing all the work. Three adjustable ceiling cables, each extending to 150cm, let you set the drop to suit the room.

Warm, Ambient Glow

Each arm holds its own bulb, so the Velanto casts a constellation of small warm points rather than one flat wash of light — the kind of glow that flatters a dinner table, a lounge chair, or a wine glass left out on the counter. It runs on a warm 3000K colour temperature throughout, tuned for evenings rather than task lighting.
