The Solkern reads less like a fixture and more like an object that happens to glow. Its radial, hand-fluted glass shade fans out from a brass-finished base, catching light along dozens of narrow facets and casting it back across the wall in a soft, sunburst halo. Mounted at eye level in a hallway or beside a bed, it turns a flat surface into something with depth and rhythm — the kind of detail that makes a room feel considered rather than furnished.
Fluted Glass, Faceted by Hand
Each shade is pressed from thick, optical-grade glass and cut with fine, even ribbing that runs from the brass collar to the scalloped edge. The result is a texture that shifts with the light — crisp and architectural by day, warm and diffuse once lit. It's a technique borrowed from Art Deco glasswork, reinterpreted here for a quieter, more contemporary interior.
Three Finishes, One Silhouette
Solkern comes in Cognac, Smoked Gray, and Milk White — each one changing the character of the light it throws. Cognac deepens the glow into an amber wash, ideal against dark wood or plaster. Smoked Gray keeps things cooler and more graphic, letting the sunburst pattern read almost like a projection. Milk White softens everything into an even, cloud-like light. Same form, three distinct moods.

Choose the version with a warm white bulb already fitted, or select the no-bulb option and pair it with an E27 bulb of your own choosing. Either way, the fixture wall-mounts directly with a standard bracket and runs on a universal 90–260V circuit — no extra transformer, no complications.
