The Auberon marks an entrance the way only a lantern can — set atop a gate pier, a garden wall, or a pillar at the foot of a drive, it turns the approach to a home into a small ceremony. Its faceted glass and cast silhouette are unmistakably classic, built for the piece of architecture that deserves more than a plain fixture.
Faceted Glass, Cast by Hand
Beveled glass panels wrap the light source and catch every angle of the sun by day, while cast aluminum forms the frame, base and finial with the kind of detail — fluted columns, stepped plinth, hexagonal crown — that reads as ironwork rather than plastic. Finished in aged bronze or matte black, both develop character outdoors rather than fading.
Solar by Design
A discreet photovoltaic panel sits in the cap, feeding a built-in lithium battery that powers the lantern through the night. A dusk-to-dawn sensor switches it on automatically as the light fades and off again at sunrise — no wiring, no switch to remember, just place it and let it work.
Warm Light, or the Choice of Both
The 7-inch lantern is available with a fixed warm white or daylight LED, while the 8-inch and 9-inch versions add a dual-colour LED that switches between warm and cool white on demand — so the same lantern can read as candlelight one evening and crisp white light the next.
Three Sizes, Built to Last
From a compact 27 cm lantern suited to a low wall or narrow pier, up to a 42 cm centerpiece for a grand entrance, every Auberon is rated IP55 for driving rain and full sun. Mounting is straightforward — fixing screws are included, and the base sits securely on any flat pillar or post cap.
