Funghio's silhouette is one of the most studied in 20th-century lighting design: the hemisphere dome sitting on a cylindrical body that tapers to a point, the precise distance between the dome's rim and the body's shoulder creating an indirect light gap that illuminates both upward and downward simultaneously. The result is warm, even, and endlessly flattering.

Three Finishes, Two Sizes

White is the archetypal choice — every interior looks better with it. Black gives the lamp a contemporary graphic edge, equally at home on a dark console or a pale bedside surface. Gold elevates the form from furniture to jewellery. The small (S) sits on a bedside table; the medium (M) deserves a console or living room table of its own.
