Switched on, it dissolves into a warm, glowing disc; switched off, it reads as quiet sculpture. Either way, it never competes for attention, only holds it.

Hand-Pleated, Aglow from Within

Dozens of fine fabric threads are pleated by hand over a slender metal frame, radiating outward from a central hub like the ribs of a paper fan. The effect is textural in daylight and luminous at night, diffusing the bulb into a soft, even wash rather than a single hard source.

Two Ways to Install

The Fornox comes in two configurations: Flush Mount, which sits close to the ceiling for rooms with lower clearance or a cleaner architectural line, and Pendant, which drops on a slim adjustable cord to hover just above eye level over a table or seating area. Both share the same silhouette — only the way it meets your ceiling changes.

Available in 50, 60, 80, 100 and 120 cm diameters, the Fornox scales from an intimate bedside glow to a room-defining centrepiece over a dining table or entrance hall — the proportion and pleated detailing stay consistent at every size.
