The Weight of Stone, Softened by Light

The Lithovex begins with a single block of natural travertine, cut and hollowed into a wide, low disc. No two shades are identical — the veining, the small pores, the faint colour shifts are the stone speaking for itself. Suspended low over a table or hallway, it reads less like a fixture and more like a found object that happens to hold a light.

A Warm Wood Collar

Where the stone meets the ceiling, a turned wood collar carries the cord and cradles the shade — a quiet contrast of textures, warm grain against cool mineral. Choose Walnut for a deeper, more graphic finish, or Light Wood to keep the palette soft and pared back.

Light That Sets the Mood

The Lithovex ships with its LED bulb included, in either Warm White for an amber, candlelit glow or Cool White for a crisper, more contemporary cast. The open underside lets light spill generously downward and along the stone’s inner curve.

Considered Proportions

At 21 cm across and just 11 cm deep, the disc stays low and horizontal — substantial enough to anchor a dining table, discreet enough for a narrow entryway. The cord runs an adjustable 170 cm, so the drop can be set to the room.

Hang it solo over a small dining table or nightstand, or repeat it in a line above a kitchen island or bar — the low profile and warm glow make it equally at home solo or in multiples.
