A Quiet Sculpture in Stone and Wood

Ambrix reduces the pendant light to its essential gesture: a smooth stone disc, warmed by a solid wood sphere, suspended on a single cord. There is nothing extraneous here — just two honest materials meeting in careful proportion. The stone shade carries a soft, organic speckling that shifts subtly from every angle, while the wood sphere above adds a tactile, handcrafted counterpoint.

Warm Light, Softly Cast

Rather than glowing through the stone, Ambrix directs its light downward and outward from beneath the shade, pooling into a warm, ambient wash across the surface below. The effect is intimate rather than bright — ideal for a bedside table, a reading nook, or anywhere you want light that feels considered rather than purely functional.

Two Wood Tones, One Quiet Statement

Choose Light Wood for a pale, Scandinavian warmth that brightens a room, or Walnut for a deeper, more grounded presence that reads as quietly luxurious. Both pair with the same ivory stone shade, so the choice is purely about the mood you want the wood to set.

Compact, Considered Proportions

At just 15 cm in diameter and 11 cm tall, Ambrix is sized for intimacy rather than drama. The cord adjusts up to 180 cm, so it can be hung low over a nightstand or raised to sit just above eye level in a hallway or entry. Cluster two or three together over a dining table or kitchen island for a rhythmic, gallery-like effect — or let a single fixture do the quiet work of a reading corner.

Where It Belongs

Ambrix suits spaces that favor texture and warmth over sharp lines: a Japandi bedroom, a pared-back dining nook, an entryway that deserves more than a downlight. Its small footprint and natural materials make it equally at home alone or repeated in multiples.
