An Eclipse Caught in Stone

Eclyra takes its form from a moment of celestial stillness: a wide travertine bowl curving inward around a single dark sphere, as though a solar eclipse had been carved into the wall. The stone is left honest and slightly rough at the edges, its natural veining and mineral flecks catching the light differently in every piece — no two sconces read quite the same.

Two Gestures, One Idea

Eclyra comes in two quiet variations. Style A centers its walnut sphere directly in the bowl, a calm, symmetrical read that suits pairs flanking a bed or doorway. Style B sets the sphere slightly off-axis, letting the light pool unevenly across the stone for a more sculptural, asymmetric shadow. Both share the same 20cm travertine bowl — the difference is purely one of composition.

A Warm, Considered Glow

A single integrated 5W LED washes the interior of the bowl in warm white light (2700–3500K), diffusing softly around the walnut sphere rather than glaring outward. There is no dimmer built in, but the output is calibrated low from the outset — built for ambience and orientation, not task lighting. The fixture runs on universal 90–260V current, so it wires in cleanly wherever you are.

Where Stillness Lives

Mounted beside a bed, Eclyra replaces the need for a nightstand lamp entirely, casting just enough glow to read a room by. Hung in pairs along a hallway or flanking a console in the living room, its sculptural profile holds its own even switched off. It belongs in wabi-sabi, Japandi, and quiet minimalist interiors — anywhere a wall is asking for texture rather than noise.

Built From Earth, Finished by Hand

The bowl is cast in a stone composite finished to resemble raw travertine, paired with a solid walnut-toned sphere at its center. Each piece is hardwired for permanent wall mounting and finished to be viewed as sculpture first, light source second — as considered switched off as it is glowing at dusk.
