DESCRIPTION
Geometric Cage, Honest Bulb
Velorix strips a pendant light down to its structural essentials: a diamond-faceted wire cage that holds an exposed E27 bulb at its centre, with no shade to soften or hide the light source. The open frame throws a faceted shadow pattern across ceilings and walls once lit, turning the fixture itself into part of the room's ambient design. Each cage measures a compact 16 x 17cm — small enough to cluster, bold enough to read as a statement on its own.
Four Finishes
Black: the most versatile — flat and non-reflective, it disappears into the geometry so the wire pattern does the talking. White: lighter and more Scandinavian, at home against pale walls and natural materials. Gold: a bright, polished brass tone that reads warm and jewellery-like once the bulb is lit. Rose Gold: the softest of the four, a warm copper-pink hardware finish carried through to the canopy, for a softer, boutique-hotel mood.
Three Ways to Hang It
Velorix comes in three configurations built from the same cage. Single Pendant is the compact option — one cage on a 100cm cord from a 10cm canopy, ideal repeated in pairs or trios over a kitchen island or reading nook. 3-Light Round Cluster gathers three cages from a single 25cm ceiling plate for a tighter, more sculptural drop, built for dining tables and entryways. 3-Light Linear Bar spreads the same trio along a 50cm bar, suited to long islands, breakfast counters and rectangular tables.
Bring Your Own Bulb
Velorix ships without a bulb, so you choose the character of the light — a warm Edison-style filament bulb for the vintage-industrial look shown here, or a standard LED for a cleaner, brighter finish. Each socket takes a standard E27 base, wired for a universal 90-260V circuit.
