A Silhouette Borrowed from Vintage Horns
Selvara takes its shape from an unlikely source—the flared trumpet form of early gramophone horns—and translates it into a compact wall light with unmistakable presence. The cone tapers from a wide, lacquered face down to a slender neck where the bulb sits exposed, filament and all. It's a fixture that doesn't hide its mechanics; it celebrates them.
Lacquered Iron, Six Ways
Cast in solid iron and finished in high-gloss lacquer, Selvara comes in six personalities: mirror-bright Chrome, warm Gold, clean White, graphic Black, and two playful accents—Red and Yellow—for rooms that want a little more character. Each finish is deep and saturated, catching light across its curved face even before the bulb switches on.
The Bulb as the Star
Rather than concealing the light source, Selvara frames it. A mirror-cap bulb sits proud of the cone, its silvered dome doubling as a small sculptural detail while the exposed filament glows warm and golden. Pair it with a warm white bulb (2200–2700K) for the fullest vintage-filament effect—the fixture ships without a bulb so you can choose exactly the glow you want.
Wall or Ceiling, Your Call
Selvara mounts flush to either a wall or a ceiling, making it as much a compact flush-mount as it is a sconce. Run a line of them down a hallway, cluster three across a stairwell, or set a single one beside the bed—the small footprint, just 15cm across, makes it easy to repeat without crowding a space.
Built to Hold Its Shape
Solid iron construction means no wobble at the socket and no give in the lacquer over years of use. Selvara is hardwired and pairs with a standard wall switch—simple, direct, permanent.
