Hand-Pleated, Fan-Folded Shade

Above it unfurls a shade of hand-pleated fabric in soft ivory, its fan-folded panels catching the light in soft vertical creases. A fine black trim traces every edge, giving the silhouette a graphic, tailored finish that keeps the piece from feeling too soft or too sweet.

Warm Light, Considered Proportions

Switched on, the pleats glow individually, casting a warm, dappled light across the room rather than a single flat pool. It's a lamp that reads as sculpture by day and as atmosphere by night — equally at home on a mid-century sideboard or a minimalist bedside table.

Two Sizes for Every Surface

The Hovex comes in two proportions: a Small version suited to bedside tables and tight consoles, and a Large version built to anchor a sideboard or reading corner. Both share the same solid wood base and pleated ivory shade — only the scale changes.

Freestanding, Ready to Plug In

No installation, no wiring — simply place it and plug it in. The Hovex takes a standard E27 bulb (not included; we recommend a warm white LED for the most flattering glow) and is available with EU, US or UK plug fittings.
