Glass That Captures the Light

The Arelux is a glass dome pendant with a soul. Its flat, wide shade catches light from within and refracts it through coloured glass — Amber, Clear, or Gray — creating a warm, atmospheric glow that changes the quality of a room's light entirely. Suspended on a cord with a brass-finish iron frame, the Arelux is at once functional and quietly spectacular. It is the kind of pendant that looks like it belongs in a design-forward hotel, but works just as well above your dining table at home.

Three Glass Colours, Three Atmospheres

Each colour version of the Arelux creates a fundamentally different mood. Amber is the warmest — it filters the LED light through golden glass, producing a rich, honeyed glow that works beautifully in warm-toned, earthy interiors. Clear is the purest expression of the form — the glass is fully transparent, the inner LED disc visible, the light clean and contemporary. Gray (smoked) sits between the two: a tinted glass that softens the light, creates a more intimate atmosphere, and pairs with darker, more dramatic palettes.

Integrated LED — No Bulb, No Fuss

The Arelux uses an integrated LED disc concealed within the dome — there is no visible E27 socket, no exposed bulb to change, no hot glass to touch. The LED is built in and rated for the lifetime of the fixture. Light distribution is even and downward, producing a focused pool of warmth below the pendant and a softer, secondary glow through the glass dome itself.

Brass Frame — The Detail That Elevates

The vertical stem and the ring mount that holds the glass dome are both finished in warm brass. Against the Amber glass, the effect is seamlessly tonal. Against the Clear and Gray glass, the brass provides a warm metallic contrast that lifts the fixture above generic pendant territory. The cord is adjustable to 1.5 m, allowing the right hang height for ceilings from 2.4 m to 4 m.

A Warm, Considered Glow

The Arelux is fitted with a single 3000K Warm White integrated LED — a temperature chosen deliberately to flatter all three glass finishes rather than compromise between them. Through the Amber shade it produces a rich, honeyed cast; through the Clear glass it reveals a soft golden halo around the LED disc; filtered by the smoked Gray tone it becomes a more intimate, muted warmth. Instead of offering a colder daylight setting that would fight the glass's natural richness, the Arelux commits to one calibrated light temperature built for atmosphere over utility.

Where the Arelux Belongs

Above a dining table or kitchen island the Arelux performs beautifully — a single pendant centred above a round table, or two hung side by side over a rectangular dining surface. In a bedroom it becomes a bedside pendant, reading lamp, and atmospheric feature in one. In a hallway the flat dome shape fills vertical space with elegance. The Arelux is especially effective in pairs: two of the same colour at slightly different heights creates an editorial focal point that is hard to achieve with any other fixture.

Installation and Compatibility

The Arelux connects to a standard ceiling junction box and requires no specialist installation. The cord is adjustable from 30 cm to 150 cm drop. Compatible with 90–260V mains voltage worldwide, no transformer required. The integrated LED requires no bulb maintenance and is rated for many thousands of hours of use. Shade diameter approximately Ø23 cm — suitable as a solo or clustered pendant depending on the room scale.
