Track your order

As soon as your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a tracking link. Click the link to follow your package with the carrier.

Tracking can take 24 to 72 hours to become active after you receive the email: this is normal.

You can also find your orders and their tracking in your customer account, using the email address used for your order.

No update for more than 7 business days? Email contact@cletya.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
